I’ve never slept so well in the last week then over a 10 year period because of this device. It’s very lightweight. You don’t even know it’s in your mouth. It’s a wonderful product.

I've been using the product for about a week, truly a really nice and functional piece of equipment to invest in.. The first days is a bit odd, but after that it feels like a must. Really helps on maintaining structure on the lifts and improves respiration. Biting while breathing is great, and biting strong really helps with heavy lifts, aerobic and anaerobic. Strongly recommend it.
