Had a manufacturing defect and could have done with a check before shipping, but as it was held together with glue, it likely wouldve fallen apart during shipping anyway.

great product, allows me to get a consistent slide across and pad (in my case glass), i will say one issue they have is the design coming off and lettering also. no issue as it dosent change the performance but just to note if lets say you like the aesthetic of the design and it wearing away will ruin the continuity of your setup
