Great mix of kale for our chilly climate in NY

Great, easy-to-grow mix.

This mix is a beast. I threw the seeds- literally- around part of a garden bed around October, raked it in a little and it has grown fantastically. It's now 11/12 am just letting it grow. Plants are about 1.5 ft tall already with hand size leaves, just survived 3 days of hard frost. I've harvested about 4x already for stir fry and salads. I got this blend to see what type of kale I prefer and now see all the hype around Lacinato kale, it's a clear winner followed by the red Russian for me.

Seeds sprouted already. Just waiting for a harvest now.
