purchased this dress on January 20th, but it had no stretch and wouldn’t even go up my thighs. I immediately repacked it and returned it the next day. Unfortunately, their return process is nonexistent—you have to constantly chase them via email just to get basic updates on your refund. After weeks of silence, I was suddenly told the dress was “returned dirty,” yet I later received a notification that the previously sold-out dress was back in stock in my size. Only after I called this out was I informed that the “fulfillment team was able to clean the item.” It until February 11th to process my refund—nearly three weeks despite the fact that I returned the item immediately. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of transparency, slow communication, and overall dismissive attitude toward customers make it clear they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. I would never shop here again.
