Delivery was a joke. When a company offers Royal mail 24hr service you would think they would despatch the item same day or next working day. Not this company. 10 days before it was despatched and a further 3 days to attempt delivery., which could not be completed as I was at work. This is why the original order was placed on a Thursday to allow Friday despatch and Saturday delivery. Fuzz Box are quite happy to take extra payment for quick delivery and not bother posting item, then try and blame their shipping partner. Won't be using again. Woeful.
