Tochiri Ceramic Japanese Salad Bowl

Beautiful bowl, well packaged and boxed and gift wrapped for free. Excellent value and service.

Wrong items was wrapped sent. Due to it being really nicely gift wrapped, I didn’t open to check, which turned out to be a fatal mistake. I trustingly passed the present to my friend for Christmas, only to found out from them on Christmas Day that they are the wrong bowls. While mistakes do happen, I don’t see that the company has walked the extra mile to rectify this mistake. It’s all standard procedure - “On safe receipt of the 6 x rice bowls, we will send you the 6 x Tochiri Ceramic Japanese Salad Bowls”, nothing more, nothing less. I have to fill in the “return form”, then source suitable packaging and cushion to sent the bowls back. It is now the end of the year, my friend will be left bowl-less and my embarassment continue into the new year and beyond. It is disappointing that their customer service is not as genuine as their products.
