Kitty Dress in Blue/Green Polka

What a fabulous dress!

This is one of those dresses that just makes me happy. I love this style and was originally a little worried that it would 'swallow me up', as I am petite and that is usually what happens with flouncy dresses, but this one fits just right in all the right places. Highly recommend.
