this matcha while not as vibrant as the NISHI, has a much stronger flavour profile with much more umami, as usucha it’s got a bitter note but in a latte it’s delicious and super flavourful! definitely my favourite from my purchase.

Excellent matcha powder

You need to add a lot of matcha powder, maybe 4 scoops to make up a matcha latte drink taste like outside shops. However it feels so good to be able to make it by myself and the Green colour and the taste is vibrant and authentic. Using skim milk and honey also achieved the desired taste as the most important is to use a premium matcha powder. Glad that I tried this powder at this shop. 😃
