Barbie The Album Embossed Sky Blue Vinyl (Limited Edition) Original Version

Arrived warped. Obviously couldn't tell until it was opened. Contacted them straight away, took a little while to reply and although they did respond, they wanted photos to prove it was warped & bent. Which is quite hard to show in a photo! (Try it, then you'll realise it's hard to show) The record plays but looks silly going around. In the end I couldn't be bothered with the draining back and forth for something they provided faulty, and felt like I had to beg for a replacement or as though I was lying. It's on me for not returning it, but I wouldn't buy again when customer service is unapologetic.

Didn’t receive anything and took forever to actually hear from them, all I got was pretty much a “sorry do you wanna buy the other one?” Very disappointing.
