When my parcel arrived seriously damaged by the delivery process, Natasha went out of her way to organise an immediate replacement, ensuring the Christmas present arrived in time to post onwards to my granddaughter in Europe. My granddaughter loved it! Dropped everything else and raided the garden. Especially good to include craft activities in the pack.
