Angus Beef, Jalapeño and cheese Sausages

This was a delicious sausage, nice beef flavour and you could also taste the jalapeño and cheese. Really well balanced.

Nice balanced sausage with good beef favour and some jalapeno and cheese to create a peppery flavour without the heat.
