Navy Crossbody Bag

I am in Canada. I received my bag in approximately 1 week from the order date. I love the bag and straps. However, I thought it would be a softer leather. I have a couple Italian leather bags which are very soft and supple, this leather is a bit "tougher". Regardless, I love the bag. A bit on the pricey side in Canadian dollars but I feel l treated myself.
