Horrible experience

They run SO small in the calf and way too big in the box of the toe… I have never bought such horribly sized boots. My calf’s aren’t even very large, I have never needed wide or stretched boots of any kind! I checked the sizing and comments on the website before ordering, just a shame. Customer service is hard to contact and they are incredibly rude when you do finally get to “chat” with a real person. After returning and exchanging they still don’t work so I will be getting my money back. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and it certainly will never purchase again!

They are beautiful for sure but said to size up and I did and I’m afraid they are too big now. I don’t know what to do

If you have a skinny leg...

If you have a skinny leg you will most likely love these. In all of my life I have never had the need to return a pair of boots bc they were too skinny in the calves - this was my 1st time. The boots arrived & were out of their box no longer than 10 minutes. Back they went.
