I have always used separate knee pads when playing so I can dive, slide, and tumble a bit with confidence. Overtime though with sweat and running no matter what the brand was my pads would work their way down my knees and I’d find myself readjusting them, especially late day as everything’s warmed up and the material has relaxed a bit. These have fixed that by being fixed in the compression pant, I recommend seeing if you can try a pair on, barrow a pair, just anything to make sure you can size them for your fit. I have a 32/30 waist/length - 5”8 and the Large fits fairly well but there’s a chance I could squeeze a medium. I prefer a tighter fit. If you don’t then similar waist should suit you well.
