Absolutely love the look, style and feel of these Harness 12R boots. My first pair were purchased in 2000, and still going strong. After 26 years of walking, the soles are barely worn down. What a testament to their quality of materials. I really appreciate every detail in the build of these boots, the USA made craftsmanship is top notch. Thank you Frye!

I've owned Frye boots for over a decade, love them, love the brand - but this purchase was honestly a nightmare. For one - you cannot find Frye boots in real life. . anywhere period. So if you are unsure of your size. . literally good luck. I took a chance and ordered the shoes thinking I knew my size (based on the boots I currently own). I waited over a week and a half (its fine it was the holidays) for my shoes to arrive. . only for them to not fit. Thats okay - it happens. Well, here was the kicker. . . when I went online to exchange them, I couldn't because the size I needed wasn't available. . but it was available online for purchase - confusing right? I called customer service - who told me to "wait for the restock" and that was it. That was honestly all the help that they could give me - was that I had a month to exchange them and wait for a restock. After emailing customer service, they told me that the online store stock is different from the exchange stock - which is fine. In all - I'm really disappointed in this brand - a brand that sells to a copious amount of retailers but a brand that you can't actually go out and buy their shoes in person. It would benefit to partner with a store for help with returns etc. Needless to say, I returned the boots eating the $12 for the return and buying the shoes elsewhere.
