Great customer service. I live in se QLD & the summer wool quilt is perfect for winter here. On really cold nights I add an extra blanket which i prefer to do rather then get the heavier quilt. In a world full of plastics & synthetics & harm to the environment & yet unknown effects on our bodies, this natural material is beautiful. It is noticably more comfortable to sleep under & you can wash it. I feel confident that it will last well with the care instructions given.
