Nice Moist Cake

Very easy to make. The cake was very moist, but did not seem to have much of a lemon flavor. I will add some lemon zest to the next one I make to see if it helps.

This cake was so light and delicious! I have had it with a little dollop of lemon cream yogurt on top, just plain and also one time I tried edible lavender in it as well and they are were so yummy!!

Greetings from Southern California! I love lemon so thought I'd give this product a try. I was so surprised at the yummy taste which isn't always the case with gluten free products! I topped my warm little cake with cream cheese frosting and then I floated away with a smile on my face. Thank you for bringing this product to market, I know it was a labor of love.
