I highly recommend this!!!! I have tried others, and was ready to give up…but am so glad to have come across this seat belt pillow. Its big enough to make a real difference, soft and cozy, and holds onto the belt securely (especially helpful for getting in and out of the car). Finally able to ride in a car without torture from the seat belt!

I haven't needed it yet (bilateral mastectomy is 3/13), but it seems well made. Shipping was delayed due to inclement weather, but I had plenty of time.
