You guys are the greatest!!

1st, My wife and I have a 2017 Newmar Dutchstar 4369. We were unable to get our full room slideout to function. I started with the newgle site. Not very helpful. They suggested hwh hydraulic systems out of Moscow, Iowa. Contacted them and was able to get help. However Frank the technician that I spoke with had me checking multiple electrical connections. Difficult to do while on the phone. I would check then try to get back with him. They were busy enough that I was given a case number. A friend of ours who owns a Newmar Essex suggested Stuarts. I contacted Stuarts. The young lady connected me with their technician Andre. Andre's patience with me was unbelievable. He talked me through how to check my system. I ordered the master relay and the pump relay. 2 days later I was able to install them. Andre helped me troubleshoot the entire leveling system and the full slide out hydraulics. I am now very familiar with how the hydraulic and leveling system works. Thank you Andre!!!
