I love the boot however.......

Hello, I really like the boots, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I received an 11.5, but I actually need a size 11. Is there anything that can be done for an exchange or replacement? Please let me know what my options are. Thank you!

Excellent Boots - look good, fit good

Fit like a glove - traded a different pair from Brunt - customer service was excellent - would have liked to have kept the comfort inserts I had with the previous pair but wouldn’t have received credit thru the exchange process. Overall great experience.

Comfortable but odd sizing

Very comfortable boot, as is the case with all the brunt boots I’ve had (4 pairs now). The only reason this is a 4 star is due to the sizing. I usually wear a 10.5, including the boots I’ve purchased here. These I ordered in a 10 after seeing some reviews that say they run small. I had to have them replaced with a 9.5. I feel like a full size smaller than my normal shoe size is a bit much. That being said, the customer service was, as always, stellar and they resolved the issue for me without a hitch.
