From ordering to delivery, everything has exceeded my expectations. Excellent communication throughout from the guys. When my watch arrived, it was just the pick up I needed after a much more eventful holiday than anticipated. The look the feel, the detail and the weight- just spot on. May have to purchase another one in the near future...well retirement only comes around once, might as well make the most of it and treat yourself once in a while.
