The Birth Sling - Black

I feel like this is not intuitive to use. It dug in to my boobs or my bottom of my belly when I tried to do the main pose to help turn the baby or get it in position and sit there for 30 mins. I could do 30 seconds max because of the digging. I didn’t use it too much and felt if this is so great, why did I have to buy these ecards for $14 that were essentially cartoons with terrible instructions? Those ecards should come free because they were semi worthless. I think maybe if I had to pay more money for a doula that knew how to use this thing… and point out where I need to adjust (because again cards don’t tell you anything) maybe then it might be useful. But I would not recommend this to anyone. I actually don’t know what I am going to do with this $100+ piece of fabric. I should have just used a bed sheet with a knot to try first…

I was contemplating buying the sling for so long. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I've been using it daily to release tension in my hips. It’s a fantastic item. Also, haven’t really started using the tens machine, however, I did try it out and looking forward to using it in labour.
