I’m so glad I got this. It’s was really helpful using it later in my third trimester when belly was getting really heavy. I actually was using it when I was feeling contractions and about 20 minutes later… my water broke. Guess baby was ready!

Every pregnant mama needs this! I am a birth doula and I bring this to the hospital for every birth. I encourage women to try it out during pregnancy and buy their own if they are able. I love all the positions it allows a woman to to be in so she can move around to both prepare her body for labor and move through labor. I believe it's an essential childbirth tool for any woman who wants to move during labor and have an intuitive, joyful birth experience.
