Great Premium Matcha!

I was pleasantly pleased with this premium quality matcha. Well packaged for optimal freshness in a reusable tin. I appreciate the fine texture that didn’t need sifted, it did not clump when whisked. It was good as a thick Koicha with no astringency or bitterness. It was great as a Usucha with a nutty sweetness and umami forward which I love. By far, my favorite was as a matcha latte with oat milk! It was smooth creamy and DELICIOUS! Although it did not need it, I added a little maple syrup out of habit. I highly recommend this matcha. It’s in a class by itself. 5 out of 5🌟
