I have the SACD version of this classic recording. The HDTT version is better than the SACD version. Its more natural and organic sounding with a very balanced sound. Another great job by HDTT!

A favourite Bill Evans album and this version is just so much better than my previous CD version it might as well be a different album.

This recording has a lot of problems with it, but since they aren’t something you can fix, I’m still rating this as 10/10. The piano is tinkly, typical of the era, and the drums (hard left) and bass (hard right) could have been recorded separately and added afterwards - things often just sound disjoint. Your transfer however, is excellent. I have many other issues of this album, and yours is the best so far.
