If I could give negative stars I would!! This was the second UV unit we ordered at a cost of over $800 and it arrived with the SAME shipping damage that the first unit had suffered. Again we had purchased the shipping insurance BUT PoolWeb refused to provide a statement of whether or not the unit could be repaired - a statement required for us to file the complete insurance claim. They had provided the statement for the unit that had arrived only weeks before with the very SAME DAMAGE!!! So we are left with a UV unit that doesn’t work, cannot be repaired and the inability to complete an insurance claim. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS 3rd PARTY DISTRIBUTOR that doesn’t not take responsibility for getting purchased equipment to the customer in working order - even when selling warranties and shipping insurance that is worthless if the equipment arrives damaged.
