I had to replace my controller for the light rings , did not know the controller same with one. As least I have a back up. The only thing I can say is that their customer support is Excellent! I had some issues a couple of times and with in 15 minutes I got a call from from their support team on their days off! THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU !!!!

I have a grandson that loves to use the remote to play with the lights or act like it's a phone and them he love to chew on it or dunk it in a horse trough. I bought two extras for this reason. Absolutely love the level 4 roof and it's features. Would recommend it all day long.
