Amazing Bag But..

I bought the Boo Crossbody and I love it so much! my issue is I received it with a few loose strings so I messaged the company to see about getting a replacement, they responded with a link to start a return or exchange. after going through the process, I was informed I needed to pay to send it back. I paid for the Free Returns + Package Protection add on at the time of purchase and every time I responded to their email asking why I had to pay, I was simply told if I didn’t like the option I could just trim the strings. While I understand loose strings happen, I feel the price of the bag should mean it comes with no flaws. love the bag, love the print, not in love with how customer service handled my situation. I wanted to love Brixley so bad, I heard so many great things from friends. honestly disappointed to say i probably will not ever buy from Brixley again.
