Bluetooth music loading doesnt work keeps dripping out

These work pretty well on the job site when you still need to talk to people or listen for hazards. Work for swimming as well but I would recommend earplugs as well... over all, great product

The concept is great the product unfortunately not so good. To start the material is a hard plastic and the tactile feeling is very low grade compared to others that are silicone. That being said I should li e with that if they sounded good (they do not). And on top of that they are not easy to use as the buttons are hard to use. The app and recoding features are not functional either. I have bought products from this company as long as they have been making swim headphones. This is truly the first time I was totally disappointed. The company has great customer support and service. They tried to help but in the end I returned them and they have me a complete refund. I really wanted to Like these but too many negatives
