cost too much to send a voucher in the post!!
Website good, ease of buying vouchers good, but shocked that it cost the same to send me the vouchers as it would to send a much bigger item!! In fact I would have thought that emailing the voucher for free should have been an option.

Arrived promptly, and quite well presented.
My only comment, would be that it could be a little better presented as a gift.
