These are my second and third. I misplaced the first sl ordered two more. They are comfortable and block all light.

I never would have thought - apart from on a plane - that an eye mask would make any difference. However the difference is quite stark. When I first tried the eye mask it was already way better than anything before because they don't actually touch your eyes (lashes in particular) which is uncomfortable (even with silk). The fact that this eye mask actually does block out light also makes a huge difference. The number of times I wake up thinking it's still dark outside amazes me. My sleep has definitely improved.
