Where have these been all my life?!

I debated about buying these; $138 for sweatpants? But one of my fave YouTubers had them in a haul, and I just had to see if they really were that great. Yes, they are. Soft, comfortable, and lightweight, all while actually looking like a pair of jeans. My hubs asked me if they were a new pair of jeans; he was surprised that I bought such scruffy-looking ones. That being said, the only drawback to the pants (besides the price) is the bleaching look. I prefer a nice dark, not-so-teenager-ish look with my jeans; after a year or so, they will be much faded in appearance, with no extra effort. 😊 I find the fit to be really nice; not droopy, but not tight. I bought XS, as the size chart recommended, and they fit beautifully. The tag says to line dry, but I am 5'2" and I was hoping a trip through the dryer might help me avoid another alterations visit for hemming. I totally won with that gamble! They shrank lengthwise, enough to skip the hemming, and while they also snugged up a little bit horizontally, it was only enough to make them less loose than they were pre-laundering. Win-win! The elastic waist is well designed, with none of that wierd bunching up, so no "diaper butt" like you see with a lot of elastic waist pants. This is my first pair of pull-on French terry jeans, and now I'm looking for more!
