The jackets sleeves are too long and the zipper splits open from the bottom. I have tried to reach out to you several times and have yet to receive a response. I need to return the jacket and get a refund please.

My wife likes the jacket but is tight in the chest area. She stated that its not for LG chested women. We orig got a 2x but found it only zipped to bottom of chest. Replaced with a 4x n its long n barely zipped over.
