HWK Women’s Leather Brando Jacket

The sleeves are weird, and I’ve tried multiple times to contact the merchant so I can get return information, and no one is responding. The email address in the company’s automated emails is incorrect. I had to find the correct email address on their website. They haven’t responded to email or the Contact Us form on their website.

I measured and remeasured myself twice and compared the measurements to the size chart, and the jacket is a little snug across the hips. I would have returned it, but I don't have the original box that's required for the return.
