Powder Oranges are a small size isopod species and are fairly easy to take care of and are great starter isopods. They are great for bioactive setups but can also be used as feeders or pets.
CARE INFORMATION
They require a low humidity environment and should be watered and fed once a week. They eat yams or any root vegetables and fish food

Great purchase
The powder oranges arrived in great shape, full life, and eager to join the clean-up crew of a very grateful crested gecko😁 Will definitely use World of Isopods as our go-to isopod supplier!

Disappointing packaging and rigid customer service
I ordered isopods and springtails, but the packaging quality fell significantly short. The tape used to secure the culture cups was improperly applied, resulting in many isopods escaping their containers during transit and getting stuck to the exposed adhesive. This didn't kill them, but it left them stuck, and they could not be freed.
When I reached out with clear photographic evidence of the issue, customer service immediately dismissed the concern, citing a strict "photo within one hour of delivery" live-arrival policy. This was not a transit delay or temperature-related death; it was a clear packaging error that trapped the animals in tape.
While the surviving specimens were fine, the refusal to take accountability for improper packing makes it difficult to recommend ordering from here. If you do, make sure to open and document your box within minutes of delivery, as their customer service offers zero flexibility, even when the mistake is on their end.

Got a great mix of baby through adult isopods. All alive and healthy and roaming around. Fast shipping and arrived without any issue
