I recieved my bag and it was more beautiful then the picture on line. It was packaged great and the extra large bubble inside the bag let it hold it's shape without causing any unnecessary ceases. I do agree with other reviewers that the bag had a strong smell to it. But, I left it out in my garage after wiping it inside and out and the smell slowly went away. The communication was terrific and I knew exactly where my bag was in the process. The bag's quality shows that it's well worth the price and I just started using it and have already received several comments. I love the bag and the site and will definitely be a return customer. Seems well made and should be the perfect bag for my daughter.

First, it's HUGE ! I LOVE that! My only complaint is that the top zipper doesn't close the top all the way , there are gaps on each aide. Beyond that, it's absolutely STUNNING !!!! ❤️ I LOVE it !
