I sowed 3 seeds with 100% success. Well done guys, not the first purchase and won't be the last!

Somewhat disappointing

I bought a bag of vermiculite, as this was shown in many of the pictures on your web site. I also bought a heated propagator . I planted 10 seeds, each in a different pot. It is now two weeks since they were planted, and so far only 5 seeds have germinated, which is disappointing.
