Shipping the item took longer than expected. This may however been the fault of the US post office and not the company. Otherwise, customer service was responsive and friendly.

Love the lights! They look beautiful in our enclosed porch!!

This lamp performs wonderfully. Just tap the top and it goes on. Tap it again and the white color temperature changes. Tap it again and the same thing happens. (Three color temps in total.) Tap it one last time and it goes off. One thing to know - the charger is not a stand alone unit. You need a square plug to add to what comes with the lamp to charge the lamp.
