Thai White Guava Fruit Tree, Psidium Guajava

The tree had few fruits and they were pink from inside. I thought I ordered white guava, please confirm it’s an Asian white guava. Otherwise the tree initially had dull/droopy with few leaves drying out but in last few days the leaves seems to be growing nicely and looks healthy. It will be good if you can share some care tips to have healthy growth and maximum fruits in future.

The plant came in ok, the leaves is dry , got 2 fruits fall off the plant , soil is all over the box , I take it out side water , set it in sun area , now just wait . Over all we love it .
