Excellent customer service!

Took forever to arrive, quality is fine but due to the flat pack the bottom of it doesn’t come all the way out and it more of an odd shaped oval then an actual sphere. Was never able to get In Touch with customer service to ask them a question about the product. It was useless to try to reach out to them. It’s been over 3 weeks and never heard anything back. Product is pretty average for the price. Would not recommend buying.
