I came across 3 Star UTV on the internet while looking for a reasonable priced supplier of products for my Side x Side. Liked their web site but it left me with a few questions. Reviewed several other sites but kept coming back to 3 Star. Then I called them and from our first conversation I knew I would be making my purchase here. A young lady named Amy took me through all of the items I was interested in and easily explained all I needed to know. She took my order over the phone and all I had to do then was wait. My items arrived in good order and I went to work. Even though I have been messing with M/C, snowmobiles and 4 wheelers for 30+ years there is always something that can happen and it did. No need to tell the entire story however over the years I have experienced some pretty sorry customer service responses - Not Here, one call and they were on it, we went back and forth and measured again and talked some more and she brought Mark into the problems I was having and He was as concerned with making sure everything was alright just as much as Amy did. Problems ? not with this outfit, within a week all was well. The products are top grade and the Customer Service is the best. You can tell this company cares about the products they sell and care about their customers and they have acquired a loyal client in me. Cant thank them or brag about them enough>
