Loretta Dark Brown Embroidered Penny Lane Coat

The coat is beautiful but it runs a little snug I tried to exchange and wasnt offered a full refund but the refund prior to taxes plus return shipping wasnt included it would’ve been an extra $7 minus the refund total so infact I would’ve lost money (approx $50) on the return and decided to keep the coat. Refunds should definitely be a lot easier, streamline, and more fair than this. However, the tracking of my package delicery through Shop App was helpful and accurate.
