2.5 Gallon Dispenser

We love our Alive water. In addition to eliminating all the plastic associated with the other dispensers, the glass containers and dispenser are nice to look at.

Love it all! Love the water but....

Love it all! Love the water, love the concept, love the intentions, the use of sacred geometry, and earthiness. However, the glass container system scares me to bits. It get's easily slippery when drips happen during transference and It's literally terrifying to me to change out the water. I have been using plastic 5 gallon containers of Artesia water, which we know plastics is no good. However, is there a way your company can design a NON SLIP outer layer like a weave or rubber or some other material to make it safer when handling. And the lovely delicate bamboo stand is so beautiful and aesthetic but scares me too when fully stocked with waters. I am too anxious and scared when changing out the water that, I feel that I need to not continue with getting this water as the delivery system is dangerous and risky. So sorry to say this. I do love what you are doing and if you have smaller bottles or in other kinds of containers other than the slippery glass, I would be happen to continue. I still have two jugs left in my stack and will be returning all my empties next month. If you let me know what day you are coming through. Gratefully, Renee M

I love my Alive water and it's dispenser. In the past I have experienced spigots on glass jar dispensers breaking due to inferior metal composition. I am being very gentle when using the spigot however when I have guests I do get nervous.
