These work really well and allow you to hear. That means for training you can hear the coaches, other swimmers etc and are not in a muffled bubble. A game changer if you suffer from swimmer's ear. Better than the similar ‘surf ears’ - don’t like the external bar on those. Not cheap but worth it.
