Great Chair!
Just unpacked and put together. Easy assembly and the chair is great. Still getting used to it. Only issue is base has surface damage. Not enough of an issue to be a concern. Chair is very comfortable and highly adjustable. Highly recommend.

The only thing that I would change is the access to the heat/vibration switch. If it was put under the arm rest or on the seat it would be excellent. Cheryl
