Discoloration in GameCube

Shannon, did an amazing job bringing my GameCube shell back to it origina color. She was knowledgeable and responded n great detail to the questions I had. I am very pleased by the outcome and happy all the original stickers survived the process as well.

Xbox 360 Disc Drive Issue Fixed

After a long time of me just accepting that I will probably never get my 360's disc drive fixed, I stumbled upon Retro Refresh on Instagram and found out it was local in RI! After watching a few reels and reading some positive reviews, I contacted Shannon to get my 360 fixed and he was nothing but kind and professional. There was a waiting queue but I wasn't really in a rush, so I did not mind. A little over a month after giving him my Xbox 360, it's now back home and works like it used to. Would 100% recommend and I will definitely use Retro Refresh again in the future!
