Floral Print Weekender Bag

Don’t order online. I purchased the bag for my daughter as a Christmas gift. The bag I received did not look like the picture online. I sent Myra an email asking for an exchange. I never received a response back from customer service. According to the fine print you are unable to exchange or return bags. I sent customer service a message anyway because it was purchased as a gift. I’m giving it two stars because the material is of nice quality; durable fabric. However, I am very disappointed they won’t allow you to exchange and that no one from customer service responded to my email. Lesson learned. Update: after a second request someone from customer service did reach out to me and offered an exchange since it was a christmas gift. They were more than sincere and solved my issue. I would still recommend purchasing at a store due to their tight exchange/return policy.
