Unfortunately my original order never arrived (Currier issue, not manufacturer) but when I reached out to customer service, they sent me a replacement free of charge and an extra bottle of the wash for the inconvenience! Very pleased with the customer service (not a bunch of hoops to jump through, just easy solutions) and although my dog is only on day 5 of the 10 day treatment her ear is already showing significant signs of improvement! I have been using other silver honey products for several years now (my vet recommended it for my livestock for udder irritations since it won't hurt babies suckling to ingest a small amount) and have been super pleased. I was very excited to find this solution for my dog when an ear irritation appeared! Thanks for such amazing products!

Easy to use so far seems to be working

It worked really well and calmed down her inflamed ear. Until I was able to take her to the vet. Would recommend to anyone who’s dealing with red itchy ears. Of course your doggie may not feel comfortable with the solution inside their ears but always reward to give a positive experience. 10/10
