I loved everything about the bag! Elegant and the right size for me.

The bag was absolutely beautiful but I was very unimpressed by how the bag was packaged and sent. It was literally packaged in a plastic bag like any ordinary bag from China and did not even come with a cloth protector bag for storage. While the quality of your label is exquisite, your presentation and packaging is quite inferior for its financial price point.
