A little disappointment

The Waterproof Eyeliner Ive been ordering here . I always love them since I try them. But in this order, the first eyeliner I use. It was a little bit dry. It was difficult for me to use and need it to get a second one it was a little bit better and hopping the 3rd one is much better , on my past orders I have not had any problem I even share one with my sister so she can try it as well..

Waterproof eyeliner

Excellent waterproof eyeliner!!! Since we bought it for the first time I really loved it. Doesn’t smear at all! I’ve ordered them ever since. My daughter and I just love it! It’s amazing and for a great price! We 100% recommend it!
